fouremm - There is only one aspect that we disagree on. I may be putting to much wieght on it while others to little. It looks like about a 5 to 1 ratio to the negative side. If we can find the right balance we can all win. The only thing I can see for sure is whatever we've been doing isn't working in our collective favors.
