My guess is that since Canada approved the study, they didn't have to pass on those funds.

Also that there is enough money between active insiders to cover the trial, regardless of what official finanical statements looks like. No one invests that much and then walks away from a super cheap trial with genuine promise.  Even if they would walk from the expense of a BETonMACE, which i think they also have covered.
