Tada, To add to your post regarding ALTs, it has been said in a few presentations over the years that the short term increase in ALTs in some patients generally resolved on its own, as you said, which is good for chronic use but more importantly that there was no associated increase in bilirubin. Im not a doctor but many drugs such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen increase ALTs, so as a short course CoVid therapy ALTs should not be an issue I would think.
