This deal strikes me as Hepalink's vote of confidence in the science and giving Don one last chance to prove himself or Hepalink takes all the important assets (patents) and they are potentially getting the assets very cheap.

Let's hope this money finances a very successful and quick Covid trial and a way to pay out this new debt.
