But when you are caught between a rock and a hard place you don't get to pick and choose new money/ new investors. We're in a dire straits situation.

Process  - FDA BTD, BOM2 registration trial, line of sight to approval

Yes, we certainly are in dire straits, Koo, but my point is that we are in such straits unnecessarily so.  Two of the above have been validated to the nines! 

We have a serious Chief Convincer and Closer problem.  If a CEO was a person you cannot swap out, or person who can never see, admit and deal with a discovery that he is the main problem, then I would agree with your "it is what it is" dismissal.   

But a CEO is replaceable, and I believe some CEO's blind egos can sometimes wake up, self-assess, see the shortfalls and find their replacement, for the sake of ALL.  

JMHO
