but it's an inhaled drug, meaning for someone in serious condition due to COVID-19, the delivery would be compromised. ie. they can't inhale as well as the healthy people bc their inhalation force wouldn't be sufficient to deliver the intended dose. they may have to increase the dose for those ppl in serious condition or sth like that. oral formulation is still better.
