jonzobot - The way I heard the story is that the FDA saw something in the BoM trial data that got their liver people very excited. That was around the time that Dr Ray's trial results were published. Once the BTD was granted the liver dept. requested NAFLD be included in BoM2. That's just hearsay though as nothing has ever been announced about NAFLD that I'm aware of.
