Ivermectin sure has a long list of some pretty bad side effects just don't know what the probabilities of these are or even if anyone bothered to test properly or follow up with side effects like kidney damage. There is lots of bad news out there on Ivermectin so I can see why Doctors would say stay away.

Anyways if it means dying or living than side effects will have to kill you.

I hope RVX finally gets things going as certainly they can show that toxicity of Apabetalone is acceptable and has been tested. No sure if it showed any side effects and what they may be.
