Not at all a cart before the horse, CCD.  And this in line with what he said he would do. That's the shocker, lol.   He said we'd build-out production capacity in advance of approval like Moderna and Pfizer did so you hit the ground running on approval.
Geez I would have thought you'd get upset at Don for not planning and advancing as though we're sure we have a winner.

This is a very encouraging development.  Don believes, and here he is acting on it "hardcore" !!
