I just took a quick look at SEDAR this morning and noticed that there was a capital raise done at 85 cents/unit (1 sh + 1 warrant). It occurred between May 12 and 17 and involved Haywood, Beacon and Cannacord and raised almost $2M. I took a quick look back on the forum and didn't see this mentioned. Sorry if this is duplication.
