It's very good news if the trial will be in SF. Couldn't be a better place and worth waiting for. If it's positive, it will be accepted as reliable - and that's important. 
Doing a trial count can be misleading. What you need to do is a search for trials with "small molecules" but I doubt if you can do that on the clin trials site. But there might be other sites. I'll look.
The queueing for the trial time is inevitable. It would be nice to know where ABL is in the queue. Perhaps IR would let us know.

It's notable that little progress has made so far with small molecules for covid. Monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, yes, but little else that's really exciting.
