it was the "back up plan" but they were going/wanted to run the two trials "parallel" for some reason?

Do they have to report to us/the market if they started the brazil trial by it self?

With all the delays here it only seems prudent that they implement the back up plan ASAP,(like two-three weeks ago,if allowed???
