Regarding the notion of Hepalink and Oristar collaborating for a takeover of RVX, going private, and freezing out The remaining shareholders with a pittance value for their shares, would seem to be counter-intuitive with Oristar converting their "potential" claims on IP into shares. Strategy wise, with an aim at waiting for failure and a takeover, this wouldn't seem to make sense to me? But I guess you could also say that it helps get them closer to a combined majority though?
I tend to agree that Hepalink and Oristar would both benefit greatly on an ROI on the shares, with some licensing control for Hepalink.
Unless they had a vision of stealing the company, and re-packaging and selling to BP, or actually becoming the star factory?
I never rule anything out in business though, especially when big potential dollars are involved, along with very smart financial people in a dog eat dog world.
Ridiculously frustrating timing and process going on here, and/or borderline incompetence, ... so, please stop fueling my paranoia LOL
