In that video he also reiterated to her that since they last spoke the FDA had granted RVX a BTD.  However, I'm pretty sure he had already communicated that to her in the communication he had with her prior to this one. Not a big deal but it does show once again that he plays loosely with facts.

At the end of the day none of this DM stuff may be relevant and we can only hope that future trials, when they happen, will yield positive results with substantial commercial benefits.  But it is frustrating because he's almost certainly become a drag on the SP rather than a booster of it.
