Well it wasn't within 3 weeks.  Are you saying that until it is 9 weeks. i.e. "a couple of months", he is not incorrect with his statement?   

Can he for once underpromise and overperform?  

Why does he have to open his mouth to begin with?  It has always been a set-up for shareholder disappointment and continued loss of his credibility.    Its like he is addicted to undermining his credibility.  JMHO
