RVX received government approval for the Covid trial 5 months ago. Alberta now has the highest per capital Covid rate in the country. Alberta ICUs are at 90% capacity with severe Covid cases. RVX is based in Alberta. This should be easy but it isn't. Why? I think it's because in Canada we are dealing with a highly bureaucratic system that doesn't pivot on a dime. Of course RVX wants to get this going. Why wouldn't they? But I fear their hands are tied by a cumbersome bureaucracy. I can't think of any other reason.
