RVXOT thanks for saving me some typing. I thought I had explained what they were defending, I guess it wasn't crystal clear. 

I totally agree that management should not be praised for desperate last minute deals.  I also agree that the constant state of no evidence of a financial path forward is what keeps the share price down and further, because of this all financings are much more expensive than need be which creates considerably more dilution than is warranted.  

Even though Don will tell us they have "creative ways of keeping dilution to a minimum"  this is not close to reality, this company's o/s share base has been diluted far greater than many other biotechs. He should try the best way of keeping dilution to a minmum, run the business like a business, keep the financial house in order and perform as per his public statements.

I still believe the science holds a great deal of potential it's too bad such great science has been so badly underserved from a business perspective.... I still hold out some hope that the new ties with Eversana will produce some positive results and give management and the RVX BoD's some perspective on what good business leadership looks like.
