I noticed that RVXCF is below 50 cents US.  Any sign that the covid study is going to start?  Any sign of any other activity?

When a stock falls this far and remains steadfast in its outlook, it is usually either delusional management or time to buy.  I wonder which is the case here, or if it something else all together.
