So when does it ever become more than evident & a serious problem for a ceo with pure pump forward looking statements?

Saudi money announced a year ago as "imminent" & they want to put even more $ in ,,,
think over a year ago BP deal will happen by end of year
covid trial to slip into April/then i don't remember all the rest of the forward looking statements that fell on their face also after that, prob at least 3 more statements that were also bs
funding for covid no issue , we can come up with that in house- 3 mil or something

IMO his words have crushed the SP value + there's probably another dozen statements he's flapped about that never came true especially when u ad zen in. It's a long trail of misleading forward looking statements that have lead us to this point/brutal SP(s)
How can anyone deny this untrustworthy behaviour?
Do regulators or some other department ever look at the entire picture of what he's told us & go wow this is way overboard or is business as usual? What the frick are the other billionaire's thinking?
If they are happy with this then we are in very serious trouble IMO as this could mean they are willing drive these plays into the ground/bankrupt/default grabbing all the goodies etc for themselves & off they go into a private setting with all the assets etc etc etc looking back over their shoulder, smirking & waving at us shareholders????
I haven't received a response on at least two e-mails I sent to IR over a week ago & heard others are even having trouble getting ahold of anyone via that old stand by , the telephone.
IMO the company's entire lack of communication skills have made all our wonderful science look like its toxic.
Don't believe me tho, look at what the market is telling us.
Now if you disagree please tell me why I'm overreacting & the things that I should be paying attention to & getting excited about instead of me complaining about Dons words?
ps. please ad to the forward looking statments - i'd like to see the entire list together for the last year & half for both companys.
IMO If that complete list dont poke you in the eye & wake ya the frick up,nothing will.
