I think 'allows recruitment to commence' means exactly that and I'd be surprised if one needs to read anymore into that.
What I don't get is why the ethics approval in Canada would have prevented them from at least starting the trial in Brazil sooner. I doubt they would be linked but I'm no expert on ethics approvals. Only 100 patients in Canada and Brazil, but how many in each? 50/50 or does it really matter. I have no idea.
Anyway, hopefully the trial is successful because if it is the results would/should be known before the June 2023 warrants expire. That might be the only way those don't end up in the dumpster as well. There was a fair amount of trading volume today compared to yesterday. Did some folks know the result prior to the announcement?
