You can take DM’s word for whatever you feel it is worth but within this interview, he states that they, “are low on funds”  but that they, “ have already worked out the solution”. He hopes to start the first COVID patient (phase 2 in Canada) next week and launch the phase 3 COVID trial in the US by year-end. With good results, it is possible to get emergency approval in Canada from a phase 2 trial.
