I'm not are the phrase 'emergency approval' is in the Canadian medical bureaucratic vocabulary but a successful trial is a good place to start.

Overall I have to say that it's gratifying to see that at least progress had been made over the past couple of years since the end of BOM.  The Covid trial is an unexpected bonus and it looks like BOM2 will happen with a pretty good chance for success.  Some frustrations with projected timings to be sure but all in all things could be much worse......IMO.
