An article that came out a couple of days ago suggests that RVX208 has potential in reducing drug-seeking behavior. While this is interesting, we are not exactly in need of new indications, but rather in need of having some action on the Covid-19 trial and the BOM2 trial. That said, the paper is interesting because they describe how RVX-208 only regulated genes in mice that had not been exposed to the drug, whereas un-exposed mice did not have much of a transcriptional response to RVX-208. When DM talks about RVX208 normalizing gene expression, this would be one more example that shows him right.
