The headquarters of the Agency of the Supreme Council for Arab-African Economy is based in Dubai in the UAE.  www.ascaae.com.  So, when they talk about providing the necessary investment and assistance, the money and support should be there.  What that actually means in terms of commercializing ABL in the region  will obviously depend on how successful ABL is as a treatment for Covid, and the nature and substance of any related commercial agreements.  However having the ASCAAE as a vehicle for facilitating marketing and distribution in the region is clearly an important first step.....IMO.
