First of all, I am not a super savvy investor. I have mostly long term blue chip and index fund type "holds" with a few speculative plays like RVX when the situation seems good for a possible homerun. I don't short stocks, and do do futures, options, etc. I'm kinda simple when it comes to investing.

So with limited sophistication and knowledge, it really spooks me when there are spikes on RVX short plays, especially when the current PPS is already so low. I mean with a pending promising Covid trial and a BTD with BoM2 looming somewhere in the future, how low can a shorts player think this company is going, at this point??! I would "think" that this type of investor thinks they know something with such scientific "promise" for a company with an already abysmal PPS? Or else you could get absolutely "murdered" financially. 

Everything about RVX says run away, except the science. One would think that no matter how awaful things look, the science will somehow win the day, at some point, even if it is just a BP picking up the IP ownership and rights someday at a bargain price to add a very promising research porfolio within an emerging area of epigenetics.

I mean, think about it ... a few years ago we were within an eye lash of success with BoM. What if we hadn't had stroke as a component, or perhaps had additional power within the study, and got the ball over from the 1 yard line for a score? Where would the PPS be now, or what BP would have opened the check book for the big pay day?

It was CLOSE, and earned RVX a rare and coveted BTD, and now promising credible Covid opportunities in a pandemic.

Just absolutely blows my mind that we were THAT close, earned a BTD with a re-organized BoM2 study looming, documented and very credible Covid research with an open study looming and we are back under $.40 U.S., ... and STILL being shorted with all of those credentials and considerations when the Covid trial should be commencing at any time with potentially quick results ... ?!

What do the shorts think they know, that is worth that type of risk at the moment??

What might've been ... what could still be ... but, then what "is" at the moment ...
