jbot - I agree they have the power but they are comfortable with the current price and action so why should they remove him. It is killing us and there is nothing can be done.

If DM doesn't like the heat, he could always do the correct thing and put out a release explaining what is going on and why the holdup. If it truly has nothing to do with management, that would ease the heat on him. His refusal to fill us in puts the blame squarely on him. He can fix that but won't unless it truly is managements fault so he won't admit it. Silence isn't a solution and shareholders have a right to this information. I know an oil company that has class actions filed against it simply for not informing shareholders properly of what is going on.
