Maybe this is just a twist on that but then they shouldn't have used the word "evaluating" then because you can't evaluate until you dose and get some results to evaluate"

Id like to lean more towards jonzo's thinking "that Maybe they've started dosing and wanted to get some early resuts before making a big announcement"

the statement would then ring true
