Not to belabor the point, but thinking about the private placement, I'm not even sure that buying shares at our current level would really be preferable. Even if you could get your hands on all of them at the current price.

yes, you have to pay $.85 for 150,000 shares. However, you reserve at zero dollars financial risk the ability to pick up another 150,000 shares if the price blows up. If you have the block of money, why not take such a de-risked position? And as many points out, hitting the market bid can shoot the price up pretty quickly on the right day.

The comment just rubbed me the wrong way. Seems better to not address the private placement at all then to brag about something so embarrassing.
