You seem to have totally misinterpreted the news release about The Supreme Council of the Arab- African Economy and the Moroccan government.  Nothing in either release even hints at  your imaginary"boatload of gold from Africa"  Both news releases only mention discussions about collaborating on trials in the region, with the possibility of sharing costs for trials. In no way would this have meant money coming in to fund Reserverlogix's Canadian and USA trials.
