If RVX cannot get through the FDA door because of BP, then DM should request BoD to authorize a company sale.  Issue, China and HL will want China, BP will want all, big problem.  We lose.

How close to -0- can the price go.  Still does not matter if control by a few own nearly 75% (guessing) of RVX stock.  We hold our shares on their coat strings.  One would wonder if they care about their investment.  Would be interesting to read the groups communications.  There must be some!

Would also be interesting to read the communications from hospital staff, patients, doctors and Apabetalone test coordinator.  In the mean time, patients are ill, some die and only for money.  How far have we fallen.  sidebar.
