Toinv, I don't know what HL and ORI ( in a potential partnership) can do with RVX that they couldn't do as RVX paid corporate board members. If they felt Don M got in the way of taking the company in a different direction they could have used their huge influence to propose wholesale changes to the RVX shareholders. They didn't. Then I ask, why not. Just waiting around for the right time for a takeover??? The IP needs to remain with Resverlogix, as we know it, for us, the general public to get the best possible deal in a sale. 

BTW, the latest SEDI insider's Report is not showing the 16.1 million common shares, (debenture conversion of October 14, 2020) held by Vision Leader Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of "ORI". But I don't know who is responsible to keep the report updated.
