Who knows what the real answer is as far as the failure to enroll people into the trial. For most of the past number of years, experience shows you can't really trust anything the company says as company issued forward guidance generally falls into the "horrific" category. We don't know the name of the the alleged "very experienced" CRO so it's hard to independently verify that they are actually competent. The fact that after so much time there is only one active site listed on clinicaltrials.gov does not speak well to someone's competence, that is almost for certain. Once again when you check out the listed person on the science/medical side you find Wend Sligl is very accomplished so it would seem to point to yet another case of RVX administrative let down. (*Note to administration; on clinicaltrials.gov in the link for Mike Sweeney's email contact I'm quite sure his email address has a typo, unless he is the only one at the company who spells "Resverlogix" with an e between the s and the v, hopefully at least his phone number is correct)
Fuzzy I noticed in your reply from Sarah she said she wouldn't give you personal contact information for board members, perhaps you should ask for their business contact contact information. That is not an unreasonable request. For most of the board that information is fairly easy to find online but my guess is contacting them will be a frustrating waste of time. IMO, other than Dicky To and Shawn Lu, a collection of duds. The track record of the company from a business perspective certainly suggests that.
Koo, I think the reason you can't find the Vision Leader shares on a SEDI report is that they are not a 10% holder. Around the time of the debenture conversion the outstanding share number did change to reflect the conversion.
