It's great this trial is finally going, hopefully everything rolls out smoothly and comes to a successful conclusion. With a successful trial I agree, as others have said, that Eversana will step in and direct the commercial program successfully.
With trial success two advantages that I believe Apabetalone will have over the Pfizer treatment will be 1) I don't believe Apabetalone will be delivered as a combo therapy. On the news I saw that the other drug in Pfizer's combo does not mix well with a number of other drugs - I'm no expert but they did have a University scientist commenting on that. 2) It sounds like there is a very short window from onset of symptoms to onset of therapy for the Pfizer combo to be real effective. Again from a layman's perspective, the Apabetalone MOA should be a little more forgiving of a later onset of treatment (scientific comment would be great here).
Anyway, again, hope the roll out is smooth and the trial successful. We have had to suffer through a very long wait.
