I have often wondered if the drug had been given to humans with Covid prior to trial commencement resulting in DMs comments regarding patients fully cured in less than a week. Unethical, for sure, but the drug has been proven safe in >4000 humans - standards and ethics differ in the Far East. The Cell study was conducted on cultures and mice, I believe - not humans. My musings may be preposterous but when $$$ are involved stuff happens. (Chicagoest)
If we didn't dose patients, don't rule out BP! And assuming they did after the promising work done by our Aussie and Nebraska friends, no wonder we were sidelined for these many months!
Can't wait to finally see our numbers! They should already know how things are looking with Patient #1.
