Just read about the SAP program (Special Access Program) for non-marketed medications.  I couldn't cut and paste so I am sharing part of what the article stated.  It was referring to psilocybin (known to children of the seventies as magic mushrooms).  I quote:

It said that the SAP is a federal program that allows health care professionals to apply for access to non-marketed medications that have not yet been approved for sale, "when such medications show clinical evidence of safety and efficacy and are intended to treat patients with severe or life threatening illness." 

This is from an article in the Globe and Mail today referencing NUMI-T.  Could it be used by RVX?   Voume has dropped to very little so far today, are our five minutes of fame over again?
