This is just the preamble, the next surge takes us over $1 before another consolidation period.  This jump coincided with a little media coverage from local ctv affiliates and a cbc radio interview.  Not making any predictions here but just watch what happens when this is on a national newcast, not just in edmonton or calgary or a cbc radio spot that only retired university profs listen to.
