This reflects the Quirks and Quarks interview I listened to but provides much more detail and again discusses the many unknowns. I got my booster and sure hope I don't get the disease. 

As a shareholder and from a hopeful POV for patients and RVX lets hope that the successful in vitro scientific results that BET inhibition of BRD2 and specifically alabetalone translates to in vivo results in trial patients.

This market is huge and sustained over years. 

Lets hope that apabetalone is the holy grail.
