Carman2, I agree entirely with your sentiments. The BOD clearly has not done their job in allowing this situation to continue on year after year. I'm wondering what the compensation committee will recomend for Don's compensation in the next year. What actions or successes will they point to if they leave it at $2,000,000. Surely they would have no justification to increase it. That would be a travesty. Wishing you good health.
