Tada, I have been offered t-car for the left internal carotid problem, but as respects the LAD my cardiologist's view is that the length of the blockage is to long for a stent. He and others advise taking care of the carotid problem firstly; then an open heart graft.. Too many other morbidities, t2d etc, implanted crt and on and on. Bad surgical risk for either one. DONT want to live with the effects of a stroke which either procedure could cause. Plus COVID all around. So will wait on ABL until I become more symptomatic. Been blessed so far. Of course I am on max med therapy. Thanks for your kind thoughts tho.
