I just listened to Dr Alex Wong, an infectious diseases expert, at the Regina General hospital answering questions about Covid on CBC's Cross Country Checkup. The impression I got is that this is a very dangerous virus that is here to stay.

So perhaps, if RVX can ever get their act together, there may be a role for apabetalone for this indication. I'm hoping for eventual success of one of these trials.

I find it difficult to understand why, with all of the multimillions of dollars available for biotech investments in Canada, that RVX limps along with chronic under funding????
