For a 20+ year Biotech company having only 250Mil shares outstanding with no reverse split stock consolidation ever, is not all that bad. Having set up the line of credit with Citi backed by Eastern was a great move, followed by selling HL into paying it off. Positives and negatives combined. There were plenty of opportunities along the way for shareholders and trade this stock in both directions and to stay alive and solvent. The buy-and-hold approach in startups is not the way to go. To each his own and at their own risk. I'm betting that BOM2 is what will save this company if funding is achieved. Let's see if that comes to fruition.
