Carman, I'll take a shot at this one and hope that someone with better records will correct me. My recall is that Rothchild disappeared with the failure of BoM.
I thought that idea was that if BoM succeeded then Rothchild would play a role in taking RVX to the NASDAQ or possibly arranging partnerships/M & A stuff.
I don't want to mislead the board so please correct me if I'm off base on this.
