Good post toinv, I particularly agree with 4 and 5, Don has been consistently swinging for the fences and maintaining nothing in reserve.  While it's obviously good the debenture can is kicked down the road I find it pretty sad that what should be normal business housekeeping is such a big deal because the financial management at RVX is so bad. Hopefully we will soon see some positive evidence of the continuance of drug development at what is supposed to be a drug development company.
