I have seen many great science with novel applications go to dust because of incompetent managements.

I agree with your comments about the perils of incompetent management as we are seeing before our eyes a desperately needed and safe miracle drug being held back for no other reason than management incompetence. If you believe in this drug as strongly as I do then all would you see over the last year are millions of people suffereing and dieing needlessly.   JMHO

However regarding your comment above, please show me one, just one, company with a FDA Breakthrough Therapy Designation in a blockbuster indication that has gone to dust.   TIA
