Wow, what's up with giving only three months to launch a product, or else start paying back? Seriously? Why even bother linking a contingent re-payment plan to that kind of riddiculous deadline? Sounds like a partner that is still convinced by the science but just plain giving up on the company's leadership. "Three months to commercialize something or we stop supporting"...feels a bit more like a slap in the face than a kick in the ass.
IDK, other points of view? Can anything positive be implied here that I may be missing?
