As of Dec 31, 2021, that amounted to $7.2 MIL US of which $1,8 Mil is covered and to be paid from future sales. That leaves $5.4 billable.

In the 3 months ending March 31, 2022 Com Activities charged amounted to $3.2 Mil US of which $0.08 Mil is covered and to be paid from future sales. That leaves $2.4 billable. 

In total up to March 31, 2022, $5.4 Mil + $2.4 Mil = $7.8 Mil US ( However Financial shows $8.1 Mil as the end of March 31, 2022)

I rounded off to $10 Mil CAN funds. If they pay that over 12 months that would be approx $833,000/month. The (25%) balance of approx $2.3 MIL US if deferred until sales are achieved. 

But if I understand the amendment correctly monthly payments to Eversana commencing July 2022 are equal to 50% of the deferred fees. The deferred fees total to $2.3 Mil US ($1.8 +$0 .08) or approx $3.0 Mil CAN. So over 12 months that would come to $250K CAN.
