Your brokerage is the registered shareholder. Also, they have set it up so questions can be screened so as to only have to answer the ones they want to. Still unaccountable!

The Corporation strongly urges shareholders and other stakeholders not to attend the Meeting in person.

As such, the Company has organized a webcast of the Meeting (details are set out below) whereby shareholders can listen to the Meeting online.
