Heres's the message on the availability/applicability of the drug for the US.  Canada's just says 'available' without getting into the below details.  I don't get the sense this drug is winning over a lot of Dr.'s.  Apabetalone should be skating circles around this questionable drug. RVX or any schmuck company should be raking in the billions by now.  But NO, never with our management.  They need to completely overhaul the BOD, starting at the top.

Authorized Use

The FDA has authorized the emergency use of PAXLOVID, an investigational medicine, for the treatment of mild-to-moderate COVID-19 in adults and children (12 years of age and older weighing at least 88 pounds [40 kg]) with a positive test for the virus that causes COVID-19, and who are at high risk for progression to severe COVID-19, including hospitalization or death, under an EUA.
