I had seen the post that Norma Biln was resigning from the BOD but what I didn't realize until I was filling in my protest votes for the AGM is that she isn't being replaced and they are moving to a 5 person BOD that still will have no financing expertise on the BOD.

They could have kept a 6 person board and the brought in a financial heavy weight.

It just keeps getting worse. I think "snake oil salesmen" fits this comapny perfectly.

I urge all retail shareholders to send in your protest votes. At least get on record unless you support Don...very hard to imagine.
