Thanks golf, I did see Bears answer to you. There was 3 or 5 different dosing levels in that first P1 trial looking for the right amount of drug that was tallerable and not too toxic to increase HDL. As you said they didn't quite grasp the concept of epigenetics at that time. I do believe that it was Dr Kulikowski that figured out how this drug was actually working many years ago.
